Motivational tip of the day #1

If you're just getting started with your weight loss journey take a picture of yourself in your bathing suit. Take a picture once a month and watch yourself shrink. You will feel so motivated to keep up your hard work.

Jump roping can burn 1,000 calories an hour and if that seems like too much you can jump rope to warm up and cool down. Jump ropes are affordable with most starting out at about $5. It is family friendly because you can get the kids involved or if you’re a teenager/young adult you can learn fun jump roping tricks. The best part is that jump roping tones your whole body!

An Introduction

Hello!


After reaching my goal weight I have decided to share what I have learned along the way with tips, recipes, quick and effective workouts, and most of all how to stay motivated. It’s hard not to give in to temptation. I know the excuse because I’ve used it before! "Oh...I'll start my diet after my birthday" or "Oh Halloween is coming up I'll start the day after" and the worst one "The holiday's are coming up, I'll just wait until New Years!" but my favorite quote is " Every passing minute is a chance to turn it all around". It's true you don’t have to wait anymore! Get on track now and start living a healthy life!!
