An Introduction

Hello!


After reaching my goal weight I have decided to share what I have learned along the way with tips, recipes, quick and effective workouts, and most of all how to stay motivated. It’s hard not to give in to temptation. I know the excuse because I’ve used it before! "Oh...I'll start my diet after my birthday" or "Oh Halloween is coming up I'll start the day after" and the worst one "The holiday's are coming up, I'll just wait until New Years!" but my favorite quote is " Every passing minute is a chance to turn it all around". It's true you don’t have to wait anymore! Get on track now and start living a healthy life!!
